Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

With its 750,000 square feet of selling space and over 500 stores and brands represented, Heathrow Airport in London has won the 2010 award for "Best Airport Shopping" at the Business Traveller Awards. The top four, in rank order, are:

1. Heathrow Airport
2. Singapore Changi Airport
3. Dubai International Airport
4. Hong Kong International Airport
Our favorite duty-free pit stops in Heathrow: HMV for tax-free DVDs of English TV shows and the latest Now That's What I Call Music, Smythson for duty-free notebooks and diary refills, WH Smith for Heat magazine and 3-for-2 book deals, and Liberty for scarves, gifts, and other Liberty fabric products. What are your favorite airport shops?
