We've heard of "No shoes, no shirt, no service," but no one's seemed to have devised a no-pants slogan. Yet. Maybe that'll change—Lady Gaga was spotted at the ABC Carpet and Home store in Manhattan shopping. Without pants. Our sister site Racked NY reports: "BlackBook editor Chris Mohney noticed Lady Gaga examining the goods on the housewares side of ABC Carpet on Friday. He was hustled away before he could take a good photo, but he did manage to capture an image of her mostly-bare lower half, platform boots and all." That's her bottom.
