"I feel healthier. My whole diet is different; I feel that my thoughts are clearer now," Naomi Campbell told Vogue UK at the Dolce & Gabbana bash celebrating the supermodel's 25th year of, uh, supermodeling.

But while she may be physically healthier, are Campbell's personal relationships failing? Industry eagle-eyes noticed that her former best friend Kate Moss did not attend the party—the biggest bash held during London Fashion Week—nor did Moss show at Campbell's 40th birthday party earlier this year.

Sources tell the Mail that Campbell is still upset with Moss for alleged rudeness at a charity benefit she organized this year. "Kate was a little worse for wear that night. Naomi wasn’t impressed," a source said. "She wants to dedicate herself to good causes and there’s some feeling that Kate drags her down."
