Glamour model Jordan—a.k.a. Katie Price—was fined $1,500 and forced to pay $1,000 in fees after being found guilty of "not being in proper control of a vehicle" after swerving her giant pink horsebox into other highway lanes while spraying a bottle of perfume. She was on her way to EuroDisney.
She told police in a statement that she may have been spraying perfume at the time when she was apparently seen using her mobile phone behind the wheel.· Jordan guilty of driving charge [The Sun]Katie, supported in court by husband and cage figher Alex Reid, told the magistrates: "I'm quite OCD. All my friends know that I'm always spraying perfume. I'm obsessed with it."
PC Phillip Mann told the court: "I saw the horsebox come from the slip road then it went from lane one to lane two causing two vehicles to move away from it when went back to lane one. I pullled alongside and saw a person I know as Katie Price and in her right hand she had what appeared to be a mobile phone and it appeared she was texting on it and I pulled her over. I believe she said she was not using her mobile phone and that she was using perfume."
