Giles Deacon's Spring Jewelry Line Features Bambi, Eek, and Gizmo

Giles Deacon's spring 2011 jewelry line is so cute we could die. The British designer—who, in addition to his own eponymous line, works as the creative director of Emanuel Ungaro and collaborates on a fast-fashion collection for UK High Street retailer New Look—has created a 90-piece jewelry collection for spring 2011, all in gold, featuring the likes of Eek Mouse, Bambi, Gizmo from Gremlins, and Gonk.

"Developing the jewellery collection I’ve been able to explore and re-visit some of my favourite motifs and shapes but in a completely new medium," Deacon told Handbag.com. "I’m constantly being inspired for future jewellery collections. There are certain favourites that may well pop back again—you’ve mentioned our little friend Eek, and my fascination for the Jurassic is still alive and well, so the little dinosaurs might not be extinct quite yet. The autumn/winter 2010 Gonks and the spring/summer 2008 Bambi may decide to be elusive and hard to get? but I never say never to anything!"
