Former editor of now-defunct Jane magazine, Brandon Holley has been named editor-in-chief of Lucky magazine, succeeding Kim France. After Jane folded, Holley has been the editorial director at Yahoo's Shine website. She was also the founding editor of ELLEGirl magazine, which also folded. No word yet on where France is heading, stay tuned. [Fashionista]
