Nobody cuts hair like Edward Tricomi. We know this because he told us so—and because we've born witness to his brilliant handiwork everywhere. From the runways of Yves Saint Laurent to the pages of Vogue to the head of Mick Jagger—Tricomi is one of the mane influencers of our generation.
Together with celebrity colorist Joel Warren, Tricomi recently opened the fourth Warren Tricomi salon in the United States—this time on the Upper East Side at 84th Street and Madison Avenue. Designed by New York-based architects Bonetti/Kozerski, the long, sleek white-on-white space features soft drapery walls, white lacquer features, and incredibly flattering lightning. Reminiscent of 70s modernist sensibility, the new salon holds 12 styling chairs and seven coloring stations.
DEALS: Through the end of January, buy a package of 10 blow-dries for $410, or five for $255; a package of five haircuts for $505, or three for $393; and a package of five single-process hair coloring sessions for $380, or three for $273, at the new Madison Avenue location only.
