Hong Kong-based luxury retailer Lane Crawford has announced it will open three stores in mainland China by the end of 2014. "Mr. Andrew Keith, who took the helm of the 160-year-old retailer on January 4, 2011, said a 150,000 square foot flagship store would open in Shanghai in the third quarter of 2012," says the release. "Following the success of the company’s 80,000 square foot Beijing store which opened in Seasons Place in October 2007, another store will launch on the east side of China’s capital in 2012. And a 100,000 square foot store is planned to open in Chengdu in the first quarter of 2014." [Racked Inbox]
