How did Mad Men star Christina Hendricks look so glowy and fresh-faced on the Golden Globes red carpet last night? Here's a shout-out to Nars' celebrity makeup artist Vanessa Scali, who created Hendricks' look.
"I had this vision of a big, doe-eyed, lashy look from the late 70s and early 80s," Scali said. "To keep it modern, I kept the skin dewy with shimmering eyes and added a pop of matte texture on the lips."
Scali used these Nars products on Hendricks: Pro-prime multi-protect primer with SPF (which will be available in stores beginning February 1st); Sheer Glow Foundation, $42; a new Copacabana Illuminator (which will be available on narscosmetics.com on February 15th); blush in "Desire," $26; Soft Touch Shadow Pencil in "Hollywoodland," $24; Eyeliner Stylo in "Nuits Blanche," $27; Larger than Life volumizing mascara, $25; and Pure Matte lipstick in "Vesuvio," $25.
