Acclaimed British designer Richard Nicoll's collaboration with sportswear giant Fred Perry will launch on FredPerry.com this coming Monday! "Nicoll was the ideal fit for Fred perry as he was able to find a perfect balance between the femininity of his own label and the masculine sports tradition of the Fred Perry brand," says the release. The collection is inspired by photographer Ken Russell's portraits of 1950s teddy girls—in their boot-lace ties, drainpipes, pompadour haircuts, carrying cigarettes and swathed in brooding attitudes.
