In what's sure to be devastating news to the orange-tinted high schoolers of SoCal, use of tanning beds in California is officially banned to anyone under 18. A previous act from the state prohibited anyone under the age of 14 to bake themselves, and now the law extends to all minors. Fashionista comments: "After age 18, you're legal and responsible for your own stupid decisions (I have the tattoos to prove this logic), including whether or not you want to look like an extra from the Jersey Shore."
