Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Actor-designer John Malkovich opened a pop-up store in Milan's Golden Triangle shopping neighborhood. WWD reports: "In addition to his Technobohemian collection, which Malkovich launched in 2009 and which includes men’s apparel and accessories, OpificioJm will carry a range of products, from pieces of furniture to ultralight wood frames and a selection of wines and Italian food specialties." The store will stay open until December 31st this year. [WWD]
