Here's a $23 Fanzine All About Kate Lanphear

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We were tipped off about this by a major fashion editor who was in Europe for the shows this season: Did you know there is a Kate Lanphear Fanzine on Paris newsstands right now? Yup. A whole magazine dedicated to Kate Lanphear and her awesomeness. Check out the cover and two inside shots, above.

The $23 magazine is produced by AMPG, a company that prints artists' books and limited-edition publications about fashion icons (thus, Lanphear). According to the description on the Colette website: "This project is about appropriation and presents found (on line) pictures of K. Lanphear associated to quotes from people such as Marc Jacobs, Diana Vreeland, Tom Ford, Richard Avedon, Rick Owens, and many more." So, yeah, if you're a Kate Lanphear-maniac, get one, you won't be sorry.
