Kate Spade's Spring 2012 Collection: Preppy and Full of Prints

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Last night, we had the chance to preview the upcoming Kate Spade spring 2012 collection, which was full of exactly what you'd expect from the brand: bright pops of pink, cheeky accessories, tennis racket cover-ups, and other prep-inspired wares. Check out the looks in the gallery above, which also include black-and-white floral prints paired with vibrant orange accents, tennis-court green in stripes and solids, and a shirt that says "Eat Cake For Breakfast."
