"Violet Blonde has the spirit of a classical European fragrance," Tom Ford says about his latest scent. "It is formal, polished, and yet draws you in closer and closer, like a beautifully dressed woman whose refined presence charms, then fascinates, and ultimately seduces you."
The new fragrance feels classical, sophisticated, and mature—an instant signature scent for the right woman, but definitely not for the young and flighty or anyone whose scent profile leans at all towards sweet fruit or baby-soft vanilla. Violet Blonde boasts top notes of Violet Leaf from Southern France and Northern Italy, Italian Mandarin, and Baie Rose, mid-notes of violet-earthy Tuscan Oris from Florence and Siena and Jasmine Sambac, and base notes of creamy woods—Benzoin, Cedarwood Orpur, and Haitian Vetiver Absolute with musk and soft suede.
