Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
As we're sure you've noticed by now, we're hosting our very own Racked Awards, and we've kicked off the voting here with a poll for the Best Shopping Site of the Year. If you haven't voted yet, well, what are you waiting for?—the awards are on Tuesday. The fun doesn't end there, though. Our local sites are currently voting on Best Store of the Year.
Yup, New York, Chicago, and LA have been busy all day compiling reader votes in that very key category. Our LA site even split the categories into two—they've got Best Independent Store and Best Chain Store—meaning there's even more voting to be done. So will Barneys or Uniqlo take it in New York? Will Ikram defeat Topshop in Chicago? And what indie boutique and mega chain will dominate in Los Angeles? That's your call; click on the links below to head over to each city's voting page.
Don't forget, folks: Tomorrow's a brand new day with a brand new poll, so check back in the afternoon for the next bout.
