Dove just released the results of a survey they did entitled Make Friends With Your Hair. It sounds like they picked a good title, because only 7 percent of respondents said that they "love" their hair. Here are a few of the other stats:
·58 percent of women use more than three hair products a day (do tools like blow dryers and straighteners count in this?)
·20 percent of women say that they have skipped a social function because of a bad hair day
·45 percent of women say that their hair routine is more important in the morning than breakfast, and 35 percent say they'd rather get their hair looking great than nab a few more minutes of sleep
And this, everybody, is yet another reason why I love hats.
