As expected, today's spring 2012 Alexander McQueen show was nothing short of beautiful. Front-row sitters included Anna Wintour, Anna Dello Russo, Emmanuelle Alt, Rachel Zoe, Jefferson Hack, and Salma Hayek—whose ankle is now officially healed.
