The Harper's Bazaar UK Best Dressed List: Kate Middleton, Florence Welch, Tilda Swinton, and More

Harper's Bazaar UK has released their Best Dressed List, and who do you think was ranked No. 1? Kate Middleton, of course, which is interesting because the British Fashion Council didn't seem to think so—she was noticeably missing from their list of 2011's "British Style Icons," but reader votes are still an option here, so don't worry.

As for the rest of the Harper's list, Florence Welch came in second place, followed by actress Andrea Riseborough in third and Kate Moss in fourth. Tilda Swinton came in at No. 5, to which the judges said: "Tilda has balls—she's the ultimate in transformation."
