Lookbook Cookbook is a blog that plays with the conceits of food blogging and fashion blogging. Models who look like they've walked right off of a Terry Richardson photoshoot pose with gluten-free muffins and nondairy smoothies. Blogger Jessica Milan, who is based in Montreal, says that the site grew out of her day job (photography) and her passion (delicious vegan and gluten-free food).

Most of the models were women she had worked with on professional shoots in the past, shooting for publications like Toronto Life and Muse. "I thought it would be fun if in each photo there was a hand or a mouth, and it kept progressing from there," Milan says of the site's concept. As the idea grew, so did the blog. "The reaction has been really positive, because it’s unique, and the models get excited because they get to eat the treats!" Among her favorite recipes are peppermint patties and pecan pie, and she posts a new recipe/image roughly every three days.
