Although those rumors about his possible job at Dior are still rumors, we have confirmation that Marc Jacobs' acting debut is a go. He has been cast in the film Disconnect, alongside Alexander Skarsgard, Jason Bateman, and Paula Patton. He will be playing a character "a character that’s not [like him] at all." [Fashionista]
