Thom Browne Designed a Browne Bag for Dewar's Whiskey

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

For the holidays, Thom Browne has whipped up a fancy bag for Dewar's, or as WWD says, he's "getting into the booze business." This season at participating spirits stores, the bag will be a well-to-do way to tote around your bottle of 12-year-old whiskey.

"I wanted to bring my signature aesthetic to the project, elevating the traditional liquor store brown bag into a fashionable tote that bears my label," Browne said. And bear his label it does, along with a red, white, and blue handle. Perfect for the man in your life who appreciates a high pant hemline or a seashell briefcase.
