It's fair to say that the entertainment at last night's Versace for H&M party rivaled the collection itself. First, Nicki Minaj took the stage, in the palm tree leggings (that we ended up buying) and the leopard-print trompe l'oeil jacket. (You can see her whole outfit here.)

But Prince, well, Prince was Prince. Even though his band was all set up by around 11:00pm, it took him a little bit longer to make his way onstage. But what else would you expect—he's Prince. He was wearing what could have passed for pajamas: They looked like red silk, had some sort of embroidery on the pant leg, and the top was, of course, unbuttoned to reveal some gold chains and a tuft of chest hair. He also wore his sunglasses, but took them off during the real emotional part (you know it) of Purple Rain.
