Welcome to the latest edition of Working It, where Racked takes street style to the next level—the office. The litmus test of a true fashionista is how she (or he) rocks her style on any old day to work. Forget the pedestrian khakis and a button downs—these fashionable professionals take the office dress code to a whole other dimension. Quick, somebody call HR!
This week's stop, the bubblegum pink and candy-filled offices of Alison Brod PR, which boasts a client roster including Be&D, DANNIJO, Jay Godfrey, VS PINK and Havaianas. We caught up with three lovely ladies burning the midnight oil in preparation for the upcoming Jill Stuart and Pamella Roland shows.

Jayme Felson, Senior Account Executive: "I'm loving this Lily bag from Be&D. The over the shoulder strap will be my ultimate savior for running around with my hands full this week. I'd say that my Fashion Week style inspiration is to be a little more daring and fun. First step is mixing and matching colors and prints."
Caitlin Kelly, Senior Account Executive: The accessory that I can't live without this Fashion Week is the new Nook color because it's a great way to stay in touch with what's going on with style.com in between the shows and read a book in downtime. Plus it fits in my purse. This week I'll be wearing lots of comfortable basics, but dressing them up with tons of jewelry and accessories."
Jessica Freeman-Henderson, Junior Account Executive: "My DANNIJO cuff is my can't live without accessory because it's a statement, but it can go with everything and I get a ton of compliments on it. Fashion Week is a fun opportunity go all out and wear riskier dresses that are out of my normal, more conservative comfort zone."
