Last night, we revealed that Betsey Johnson will launch two new collections at her Mercedes Benz Fashion Week show tonight, and now we have details on one of them. It's called Pink Patch and it will be a print-heavy collection of dresses and separates will will feature "whimsical patterns of roses, paper dolls, skulls, her ever famous hand-drawn caricatures and an explosive color palette," says the release. The collection "epitomizes the 'Best-of-Betsey'."
It sounds like Pink Patch will be available at a lower price-point as well—under $100, in fact.
"Making my collection more accessible to a broader range of my customers is my dream come true," Johnson said. "With 'Pink Patch' I am thrilled to be making affordable clothes for myself, my friends, my family and my fans. With 'Black Tag' I get to take my designs to another level of creativity and quality."
