Tommy Hilfiger's fall show boasted his usual A-list front row—this season featuring It-Man Amar'e Stoudemire along with Wyclef Jean, the newly-engaged Petra Nemcova, Rosie Byrne, Rosario Dawson, and Bella Heathcote.
Hilfiger's show comprised of covet-worthy chunky knits, printed silk coordinates, and glossy leather pieces. His directional autumn look was a combination of various textures that played well with the “1970s rock star's girlfriend” theme. Our favorite pieces included the burgundy leather pants, the knit duffel capes with toggles along the back, and the subtle green boots that completed each look. We loved the idea of pairing sleepwear with outerwear as the silky pajamas complemented the many coats that were shown on the runway. We especially envied the warmth of the navy wool overcoats because once we left the Lincoln Center, there was no say in how hard the frigid wind would hit us. The entire collection appealed to our winter senses and left us feeling all fuzzy inside, something we'll hold dearly when venturing out on day five of Fashion Week. — Jena Glick
