On Sunday evening Duro Olowu—Nigerian-born, London-based designer of jauntily-printed, '70s-inflected womenswear—made his New York Fashion Week debut at Milk Studios. And the presentation—gorgeous, by the way—drew quite a buzzy crowd: Barneys, Paper magazine, Susie Bubble and the incomparable, amazing and totally always-glamorous Iris Apfel. Plus: There was a ton of champagne—a major Fashion Week highlight!
