The phenomenal hairstyles at Billy Reid's mixed show on Saturday was created by Marcos Diaz of Ion Studio for Davines—that luxury haircare line with all the weird product names that we are obsessed with.
To create the look, Diaz used Davines' Defining Texturizer ($18) and blow-dried the hair before spritzing in the haircare line's newest product: For Wizards No. 14 Sea Salt Primer ($25), which makes it easier to pin hair. Diaz used a 1.5" curling iron to set the hair for 20 minutes before brushing out the hair into gentle waves. He finished the models' hair with For Wizard’s No. 13 Mat Forming Ground ($29) to keep frizz and flyaways at bay.
Fun At-Home Tip Alert: The folks at Davines tell us: "For easy, on the go waves in the morning, use the Davines For Wizards No. 14 Sea Salt Primer before bed and put your hair into a loose bun. In the morning, just take out the bun and voila!" Davines products are available at salons nationwide. Check Davines.com for locations.
