Trying to sell your property? Try leaving a pile of luxury shoes out during the open house. Our sister site Curbed National reports: "Manhattan super broker and star of Selling New York Michele Kleier recently told the Times she believed an expensive shoe collection left out during an open house woos buyers into paying a premium for the property. 'People want to step into your life,' she said." We'd love to see a study that examines which shoe brand—Louboutin, Nicholas Kirkwood, Pierre Hardy, Manolo Blahnik, or Rupert Sanderson—brings in the highest real estate bids.
