We don't know whether this is ever going to come to fruition, but it's really annoying to speculate about: Banks are thinking about limited debit card purchases to $50. "JPMorgan Chase, one of the nation's largest banks, is considering capping debit card transactions at either $50 or $100, according to a source with knowledge of the proposal," reports CNN. Hey banks, don't be surprised to see a mass exodus of customers if this rule is enacted. Sometimes banks are so annoying we wish we could just keep our money in a shoebox under our bed.
