Racked special correspondent Yale Breslin gets up close and personal talking fashion with Johnny Hazzard, porn star extraordinaire.

It's not everyday that an established porn star takes up a fashion side project. Well, Johnny Hazzard clearly isn't just anybody, and he's recently shown the world his latest project—a range of eco-friendly tees called Hazz-Been. While he is normally known on film for putting his best...umm...asset forward, Hazzard is about take on his most versatile role to date. Get it?

Racked recently chatted with Hazzard about why on earth a top-notch porn star felt the need to dive into the field of eco-friendly printed tees.

Racked: Alright. First things first. Why in the world did you decide to venture into the world of designing tee shirts? Did you always have your mind set on doing something fashion related?

Johnny Hazzard: I've always had a passion for design, more specifically clothing. When I was a kid, I used to sew patches on my jeans, tie-dye anything that was white or lightly colored and draw on anything. My mother used to sew like mad, so I was always around the sewing machine, threads, needles and buttons. ?So, I guess the answer is yes, I have always loved design and fashion and expressing myself artistically via this outlet. I am glad others seem to appreciate this expression.

Racked: Honesty is the best policy. Tell us—what is more lucrative? Starring in pornos or designing tee shirts?

Hazzard: As I have just launched the line, as you can imagine, porn pays much more, but I am hoping that won't always be the case. So far the response has been very good. They say, sex sells and not just in porn, so I hope these fun and sexy numbers will show just that.

Racked: Who would you say would be your prime demographic? When you were creating your line, who did you envision wearing the shirts?

Hazzard: The line is primarily geared towards men, as that is what I know best. I know a man's body and how to make a t-shirt fit and look good. There really isn't a particular demographic I envision for my shirts as I can see them on 16 to 76 year olds. You can find the tees on Hazz-Been.com? and small specialty shops on both coasts.

Racked: I have to ask, what do I need to do to play a supporting role in your next film? I mean, I'd do anything—involving your tee shirts that is.

Hazzard: You'd have to ask my boss on that one; it's not my call?, but I doubt my shirts will appear in my movies as my movies are about taking off your clothes and looking sexy, and my clothes are about keeping them on and looking sexy. I can certainly put in a good word for you, if you would want to audition to be an actor in my next movie or if you want to try out to be my first campaign model for Hazz-Been.

Racked: What is the sexiest thing about your line?

Hazzard: I don't think this line really communicates anything sexual, per se, as I see it as more playful, humorous and witty though those three things and a well fitting shirt are very sexy, wouldn't you say? Stay tuned though, as I'm working on another line for fall that will be more overtly sexy and edgy.

Racked: What are your plans for Johnny Hazzard world domination? You must have something lined up.

Hazzard: I'm envisioning creating an entire Hazzadouus lifestyle with tips and advice on sex, cleaning, and general well being. I also look to expand my clothing line to reflect more than just t-shirts by adding jewelry and accessories. I would like to helps folks look their best while being sexy inside and out. It's also important for them to explore their own humor and mind while simultaneously being conscious of their environment.
