Power publicist Kelly Cutrone, who we've missed from our television sets since The City and Kell on Earth ended, has inked a deal to launch a clothing line with colleague Robyn Berkley and Chris Burch. The trio plans to debut a sportwear brand called The Electric Love Army and open standalone stores that will be targeted at teens and women ages 15 to 32. "You know that scene in ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High’ where Phoebe Cates climbs out of the swimming pool and pops her bikini ? That’s our girl," Cutrone told WWD
