Forever 21 Raised More Than $2 Million for Japan Relief Efforts

Remember last Friday, when Forever 21 vowed to donate 100% of all sales—every single dollar spent online, not just profits!—to Japan's relief efforts? Well, thanks to Forever 21's loyal customers and the company's generosity, F21 has donated more than $2 million to the Red Cross.

But wait, that's not all!

"This is only the beginning," the company says in a statement. "Forever 21 looks forward to announcing further relief efforts for Japan in the near future."

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Los Angeles, CA (March 21, 2011) –To support the victims of Japan’s devastating earthquake and tsunami, Forever 21 committed to donate 100% of its global online sales of March 18, 2011. Forever 21 is pleased to announce that with the help of its customers from around the world, its relief campaign reached a grand total of:
$2,012,112
This number represents 100% of all sales transactions on Forever 21 e-commerce sites including www.forever21.com, www.canada.forever21.com, www.forever21.eu, www.forever21.com/uk, www.forever21.co.kr and www.forever21.co.jp on Friday, March 18th. As previously announced, every dollar will be donated to the American Red Cross to aid the people of Japan. Forever 21 would like to thank all of its online shoppers around the world for participating in this fundraising event.
