Unveiled: +J by Jil Sander for Uniqlo's Spring 2011 Collection

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The folks over at Vogue UK have got a sneak peek gallery at the newest +J collection by Jil Sander for Uniqlo—along with a pricelist in British Pounds (skirts come in at around $90, cotton jackets around $200, the drape-neck dress around $150). The spring collection features a brighter-than-usual palette of tomato reds, browns, beiges, and blues in tailored silhouettes with flared skirting. We haven't seen the spring men's collection yet, but a few seasons in, we're beginning to suspect the menswear is a lot more covetworthy and in-demand than the womenswear. Will you be lining up on launch day for +J's new spring stuff?
