If you're suing someone in civil court for $260,000,000 in damages for "forced sex"—as self-identified victim Irene Morales is suing American Apparel founder and CEO Dov Charney—does it beg the question of why she hasn't pressed any criminal charges? The NY Daily News reports: "Morales didn't immediately go to authorities because of trauma and shame, but she may press criminal charges in the future."
