Check out the first-ever cover of the first-ever issue of Cosmopolitan Middle East. Back when the announcement about the Middle East edition of the magazine came out, we wondered what the covers would look like—since the American edition is pretty, um, raunchy, to say the least. Welp, here's the final product—Khloe Kardashian is the first-ever cover girl of the Middle Eastern edition of the boy-crazy mag and the coverlines are decidedly toned down. No orgasms, no sex, no penis-talk, no nudity.
