Looks like we're not the only ones obsessed with teen heartthrob Justin Bieber—this weekend, designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of Dolce & Gabbana threw the pop star a maaaajor afterparty at the design duo's Milan restaurant, Gold.
