Ice skater extraordinaire and fashion lover Johnny Weir has a collection debuting on eDressMe.com later this month. Our friends over at The Cut got a sneak peek. "It's ballerina meets film noir," Weir told The Cut, "because I wanted to show people that I’m not always outrageous and garish like they tend to think of me... This isn’t just a celebrity-driven thing.
