Finally! The royal wedding day is here. While we're not crazy enough to fly to London and camp out along the processional path, we are crazy enough to get up at the crack of dawn (New York time) to watch it on the teevee. Here's the play by play, via BBC One. All times are GMT.
Kate Middleton wears Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen
10:10 a.m.: We're parked outside Prince William's departure point waiting for him to materialize and depart.
10:13: Here he comes in a Bentley! We can peek a splash of red—Wills is wearing his Irish Guard uniform. Prince Harry looks super-cute in his black and gold. Waving to the crowd. White gloves. Aaaaaaah so cute!
Prince Harry is carrying the ring with him to Westminster Abbey.
10:14: Driving, waving, driving, waving.
10:16: We wish the royals had more children so there'd be more royal weddings in general. This is fun.
Elton John and David Furnish arrive at the wedding
10:19: The bells of Westminster Abbey ring as Wills and Harry arrive. They are so cute, we want to die. His blue sash! Harry's gold braid thing!

Prediction: Prince Harry's star will rise/explode post-wedding. Bag Harry and you win the cuter prince and the royal wedding of your dreams!
10:21: The foreign royals start to arrive and the princes head into St. Edmund's Chapel for a bit of private time.
10:26: Just announced - Kate Middleton's mom is wearing Catherine Walker, but we haven't seen the look yet. She's in a Jaguar driving to the Abbey.
10:28: Cut back to Westminster Abbey. The Queen of Denmark and the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg have arrived. Oh here's the King and Queen of Norway.

10:29: Some members of the royal family are turning up in silver vans. Like, party-buses. It's like a parade of silver party-buses pulling up right now.
Kate's mom and brother pulling in.
10:30: Now they're talking about the commoner thing—"There's a sense of 'they're just like us,'" says the commentator, remarking on the silver party-buses.
Carole Middleton, Kate's mom, wears Catherine Walker
10:32: Kate's mom wearing a pale powder blue suit by Catherine Walker, which the commentators are saying is a great tribute to the late great Princess Diana, who often wore Catherine Walker.
10:34: The commentator is talking about how Samantha Cameron, wife of prime minister David Cameron, isn't wearing a hat. Shocking? She's wearing a Burberry dress, though. The Camerons are, of course, no strangers to fashion controversy.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie
10:35: Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie pulling up now in the royal limousines. Beatrice is the first female in line to the throne.
Princess Michael of Kent, right, arriving on the party bus
10:36: Ooh, look it's Princess Michael of Kent, who got in quite a bit of trouble a few years back for allegedly making racist remarks to someone in New York.
Camilla Parker Bowles wears Anna Valentine
10:38: Prince Charles departs in a Rolls Royce 1950 Phantom with his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles. He's wearing black and gold—waving to onlookers.
The announcer just said that Camilla Parker Bowles is wearing an Anna Valentine champagne silk dress, an Anna Valentine duck egg blue and champagne coat and Philip Treacy hat, shoes by Jimmy Choo.
10:42: The state trumpeter marks the Queen's departure from Buckingham Palace. She looks great for 85! Today in bright canary yellow. Her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, will celebrate his 90th birthday in June. He's wearing red too, like Harry. Nice. The couple have just celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary.
Queen Elizabeth II in Angela Kelly
10:48: The Queen and Prince Philip arrive at Westminster Abbey. The Queen is wearing Angela Kelly matching dress and coat.
10:51: FIRST GLIMPSE OF KATE MIDDLETON! She's getting into the Rolls with her father. Lace V-neck collar, long sleeve, veil. So far, so gorgeous. The gravitas of this moment has just hit us. She looks amazing. She's going to be a princess.
10:53: They're rolling. This dress is iconic. We can't see more than the bodice right now, but we can tell it's on par with the iconic-ness of the Grace Kelly gown. Stunning.
"The next time Catherine sees Buckingham Palace, it will be as a member of the royal family."
Kate Middleton in a Cartier diamond tiara
10:58: Kate and her father are pulling up to the Abbey now.
Kate is wearing a diamond tiara.
11:00: We're thisclose to throwing up this is so exciting.
Kate Middleton is wearing Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. Ivory and white satin, with a train longer than two meters. The veil is being held in place with the Queen's halo tiara, made by Cartier in 1936.
11:08: She's walked up the aisle, now she's standing next to Prince William. He couldn't look more in love. They're adorable.
