Emma Watson trades in a knit floppy beanie for a fedora in her Mario Testino-shot ads for the Lancôme 'Trésor Midnight Rose' fragrance. After it was announced three months ago that the Harry Potter-star would be the face of the scent, Lancôme unveiled the new ad campaign at a fête at Pavillon Gabriel in Paris yesterday evening.
"I feel lucky to embody a fragrance I am so crazy in love with," raved an Azzaro-clad Watson, according to Style.com. "I didn't really like perfumes before because I thought they were heavy, but this one is really light and playful." This fragrance update adds a fresh twist of Turkish rose and raspberries to the established Trésor scent.
"I've watched Emma grow up," explained frequent collaborator Mario Testino. "She was a little girl when I first worked with her, then I shot her for Burberry, then British Vogue, then Lancôme. The great thing about Emma is that she's a chameleon; she can communicate anything you ask."
The actress otherwise known as Hermione does look ethereally adorbs and youthfully classic in the ad. We're looking forward to seeing the full campaign, as well as, the next Testino-Watson pairing for the July cover of American Vogue.
