In the mall rat's dream of dreams, Triple Five—the minds behind the behemoth Mall of America—is fast at work on a new project titled American Dream@Meadowlands (formerly known as Xanadu) located, fittingly, in mall capital of America: New Jersey. Our sister site, Racked NY, has more, but according to WWD, the developers are interested in appealing to the trendy and spend-happy "thirtysomething" shoppers with labels like Y-3, Rag & Bone, Moncler and Fred Perry. Also, the East Rutherford mall-to-top-all-malls will feature a touch of Dubai with "skydiving, a water park, a skating rink and miniature golf." [Racked NY; WWD]
