Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Today in weird collaborations: Behold the new Richard Chai for Acura for Thor driving glove, which will hit stores (namely, Odin) this June and be priced at $225. "Chai created a glove using black leather and charcoal suede patterning similar to the handsome curves and seam lines found throughout the vehicles’ interiors," reads the release. "An embossed Acura symbol appears on the closing snap and the inside hangtag features the official Richard Chai x Acura and S.H.I.E.L.D. logos referencing the partnership." Well, there you have it.
