If you're going to be swarmed by hordes of teenage girls day-in and day-out, you might as well have a say in how they smell, right? Say hello to Justin Bieber's first-ever women's fragrance, Someday, a "fruity gourmand" scent that is scheduled to hit department and specialty stores this June, priced at $35 for a 1 oz. eau de parfum (there's also a 5 oz. "hair mist" version), with all proceeds going to charity.
“Let’s be real, the way a girl smells is very important to a guy," Bieber told WWD. "I have such a deep connection with my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them closer to my world."
The fragrance roll-out is being supported with a massive marketing and ad push. WWD reports:
Dree Hemingway appears in a print ad shot by Terry Richardson. A TV commercial, directed by Robert Lee, was filmed in a gravity-free cabin of a Boeing 737 NASA training jet. It is scheduled for broadcast from Black Friday after Thanksgiving through Christmas.· Justin Bieber to launch women's scent [WWD]
