Last night's Billboard Music Awards' red carpet was an exercise in fashion restraint—nearly ever star wore something safe and surprisingly understated. Even the Black Eyed Peas somewhat coordinated (for the first time, like, ever—seriously, we know people love the Peas, but their styling has been all over the place from Day 1). Taylor Swift wore a stunning Elie Saab strapless gown; Rihanna looked like a mid-90s Gucci-girl in her white MaxAzria suit (amazing); and Selena Gomez turned heads in a cut-out, louche, summery Dolce & Gabbana floor-length gown. All around, it was a nice-looking crowd. No major fashion statements or disasters in sight—well, except for the always-surprising Ke$ha, in her Jad Ghandour cut-out, sparkle, sateen, tulle mullet dress. Check it out, it's no. 6 in our gallery. What.
