On their visit to England, Michelle Obama has worn some of the best pieces in her American designer wardrobe—Peter Som, Narciso Rodriguez—but we think this cream halter-neck floor-length gown by Tom Ford, which the First Lady wore to a state banquet at Buckingham Palace last night, really takes the cake for being the most drop-dead gorgeous.
