Zimmerman Lands Stateside

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Australian-based swimwear and RTW brand Zimmerman just opened its first-ever flagship store in the United States and our sister site, Racked LA, was on the scene. Reporting live: "The label just opened its first LA boutique, on Robertson Blvd., and they've brought a little of everything: ready to wear, shoes, bags, kiddies', and yes, swimwear and coverups... The store does offer proper dresses, but their soft rompers, semi-sheer caftans and breezy sundresses are full-on AMAZE. Which works for us, since the dresses in the swim clothing collection start in the $300 neighborhood, as opposed to the RTW collection, which reaches as high as $1,300." [Racked LA]
