Just arrived in our inbox: an invitation to preview the upcoming Missoni for Target collection, which lands in stores September 13th. While the photos will likely be embargoed for a couple of months following the preview event, we want to bring you as many details as possible—starting with today's release.

According to the folks at Target HQ, the collection will include apparel for men, women, girls, and babies (sorry, no little boys' clothes), and home things including bedding, tableware, stationery, and home decor items. Prices will range from $2.99 to $599.99 (!?), and most products will carry pricetags of under $40.

MINNEAPOLIS (May 2011) - Target® (NYSE:TGT) is partnering with Italian luxury brand Missoni to introduce an affordable, limited-edition collection for fashion and home. Missoni for Target features apparel and accessories for women, men, girls and baby, as well as home goods including bedding, dinnerware, stationery and décor items.
