As it turns out, Apple store employees aren't allowed to say the word "unfortunately" when talking to customers—too negative, say the powers that be. Instead, they have to use the phrase "as it turns out." For example: to the guy whose iPhone exploded, they could say, "As it turns out, you have a shard of class embedded in your ear drum." [Gawker]
