Okay North America, brace yourselves, because here comes Kate Middleton and Prince William. Middleton, The Duchess of Cambridge, has (weirdly) never been to North America. And for her big first hop over the pond, she's chosen to wear a Roland Mouret "Manon" dress, a navy blue blazer from Smythe les Vestes, and a pair of Manolo Blahnik "Calogera" pumps. In her hand, she's carrying a Mulberry "Polly Push Lock" handbag, which is shockingly not sold out (yet) and retails for $1,400.
