Last night, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) presented awards for this year's brightest fashion stars. In addition to the winners (a list appears after the jump) Marc Jacobs was given a lifetime achievement award, Lady Gaga won the fashion icon award, Arthur Elgort was given a special tribute, the international award was bestowed upon Phoebe Philo for her work at Celine, the Eugenie Sheppard Media Award was given to Hilary Alexander, and the Founders Award was given to Hal Rubenstein.
